Actor Jayasudha and Her Son joins YSRCP

Actor turned politician Jayasudha who was being speculated to join hands with Jagan for a long time has finally officially joined YSRCP along with her son Nihar Kapoor under the leadership of party chief Jaganmohan Reddy on Thursday.

As per the sources, the party is planning to use her popularity in AP for the upcoming elections and plans to give her a ticket from Vijayawada or Visakhapatnam Assembly segment.

Jayasudha was a Congress MLA from Secunderabad till 2014 after which she joined TDP and now is joining YSRCP. When asked about her absence from politics she said that she received no guidance while in TDP and also mentioned that she had no plans of contesting the elections as of now, however, she will act as per the orders of the party. Nihar Kapoor worked as a TDP lawmaker until now.
