Actor’s Decision Surprised Producers!

While many actors are helping people in different ways by donating money or essentials, here is our Tamil hero who slashed 25 percent of his remuneration to help his producers’ combat COVID19 crisis. He is none other than Vijay Antony who grabbed the hearts of Telugu audience with his wonderful performance in Salim and Bichhagadu.

Antony who is an actor and also a music composer showed his kind gesture in this critical time and stood as an inspiration to many actors. Producer T Siva hearing the news felt very happy and expressed his views on Vijay’s decision.

“We are in lockdown from 50 days and the shoots of the films were stopped suddenly. The delay in the films releases’ put producers in a very big loss and so Vijay’s kind gesture is appreciated,” he said. “We request all actors and technicians to reduce their salaries so that the overall cost of all film producers will be reduced,” he added.

On the film front, Vijay is going to be seen in 6 films of which 3 are untitled. He is working under the direction of T Siva for Agni Siragugal and he is also going to be seen in Thamezharasan and Khaki. His other three untitled films are with Ananda Krishnan, Vijay Milton, and Balaji K. Kumar.
