Akhil Akkineni To Romance With Mumbai Based Model

Akhil Akkineni was last seen on the screen in 2019’s romantic comedy entertainer ‘Mr Majnu’, which did not collect much at box office. Few months ago, the actor officially announced that he is going to join hands with filmmaker Surender Reddy for his next project which he would start shooting soon.

Surender Reddy has helmed many blockbusters films such as Dhruva, Kick and Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. The upcoming movie will be Akhil’ fifth film since his debut in 2015, and the project of Surender Reddy and Akhil’s would be first collaboration. Now as per the latest update, Surender Reddy has finalized the female lead for upcoming film and she is a Mumbai-based model, whose name is Sakshi Vaidya.

As per the latest report, recently Surender Reddy has conducted a photoshoot on Sakshi Vaidya in Hyderabad and now we have to wait and watch whether the model is part of Akhil’ project or not. Sakshi Vaidya was seen in several ad commercials. Akhil and Surender Reddy's film will be jointly produced by AK Entertainments and Reddy’s Surrender2cinema.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Akhil Akkineni is currently busy in his upcoming Telugu romantic entertainer Most Eligible Bachelor which features Pooja Hegde in the female lead role.
