Allu Aravind Gets ‘Champions of Change 2019'

Popular Tollywood producer and Geetha Arts owner, Allu Aravind, has always done impeccable work for the film industry. He is also active in doing social service as he manages the Chiranjeevi blood bank where many people donate blood every day. Besides Telugu films, Allu Aravind also produced a few Hindi, Tamil and Kannada films featuring some of the biggest stars of Indian cinema like Mr. Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Anil Kapoor, Govinda, Aamir Khan, Vijay, Pawan Kalyan, and others.

For his exemplary work, the Honorable Former President of India & Bharat Ratna Shri Pranab Mukherjee conferred 'Champions of Change 2019' award to Allu Aravind. The award was presented at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi. ‘Champions of Change’ award is given to popular personalities, who promote social development and community service.

“Honorable former President of India & Bharat Ratna Shri Pranab Mukherjee Conferred 'Champions of Change 2019' award to Iconic film Producer #AlluAravind for his exemplary work for the Indian & Telugu film industry Today at Vigyan Bhavan, Delhi,” a source said. Also, four chief ministers, a few athletes and other influential people from various fields have received the award this year.

Allu Aravind is a key member of the film industry. A jury, headed by justice K.G Balakrishnan (Former chief secretary of India) and Justice Gyan Sudha Misra (Former Judge Supreme Court) has selected Allu Aravind for this prestigious award. This is a central government initiative. Recently, Allu Aravind has produced Ala Vaikunthapuramulo, starring his son Allu Arjun as the hero. The film has become a blockbuster and collecting crores at the box office.
