Allu Arjun Announces 23rd Film with Lokesh Kanagaraj, Shoot to Begin in 2026
Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has officially announced his 23rd film, which will be directed by acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. Tentatively titled #AALoki, the project is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The announcement has sparked massive excitement across the film industry and among fans.
Mythri Movie Makers unveiled the collaboration through a special announcement video, calling it an “eternal collaboration in Indian cinema.” Allu Arjun also shared the video on his social media, expressing excitement about working with Lokesh Kanagaraj and Anirudh. Lokesh, in turn, said he felt blessed to collaborate with Allu Arjun and promised a “massive blast.”
#AALoki is scheduled to go on floors in 2026 and marks Lokesh Kanagaraj’s seventh directorial venture. The film is expected to be a high-octane entertainer, blending Lokesh’s signature storytelling with Allu Arjun’s magnetic screen presence.
This project adds to Allu Arjun’s already packed lineup. He is currently committed to Pushpa 3, directed by Sukumar, which continues the blockbuster franchise. Additionally, he is working with director Atlee on AA22 x A6, a much-anticipated project produced by Sun Pictures, which also stars Deepika Padukone in a key role.
With multiple pan-Indian projects lined up, Allu Arjun continues to strengthen his position as one of the most influential stars in contemporary Indian cinema.
