Allu Arjun Plans Strategic Line-Up with ‘Raaka’ and AA23
Actor Allu Arjun is reportedly mapping out a long-term strategy for his upcoming projects, aiming to deliver large-scale films over the next few years. According to industry sources, his immediate focus is on completing Raaka, which is expected to wrap filming by August or September.
Following production, Raaka will enter an extensive post-production phase due to its heavy reliance on visual effects. The makers are reportedly targeting a December 2027 release, indicating that the film is being designed as a major cinematic spectacle.
After completing Raaka, Allu Arjun is likely to begin work on his next project, tentatively titled AA23, around the end of the year or early next year. This film is also expected to follow a similar large-scale approach, with a planned release in December 2028, continuing the actor’s preference for year-end releases.
Meanwhile, filmmaker Basil Joseph had earlier pitched a script to the actor. While the concept was appreciated, it reportedly did not match the scale expected for a star-driven project. The director has since been revising the script, though a final decision is still pending. If the collaboration does not materialize, the project may move forward with another actor under Geetha Arts.
Though these plans are yet to be officially confirmed, they indicate a carefully structured roadmap for Allu Arjun’s career, focusing on high-impact films and long-term audience engagement.
