Anasuya To Act In A Bold Role

Anasuya Bharadwaj earned fame by anchoring and appearing in special roles in movies from time to time. The actress essayed the role of ‘Rangammatta’ in Sukumar’ directional venture ‘Rangasthalam’ starring Ram Charan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu and got appreciation.

Recently, the actress acted as Dakshayan in the Pan India movie ‘Pushpa: The Rise’. Now the actress is all set to act in Chiranjeevi’s film ‘Godfather’ in another special role. Now as per the latest update, the popular Telugu anchor Anasuya Bharadwaj is going to essay the role of a Prostitute in Kanyashulkam.

Kanyashulkam is a classic play penned by Gurjada Appa Rao was remade into a movie in which legendary actress the late Savitri played the role of Madhuravani. The director Krish Jagarlamudi is all set to make a web series with this story in which Anasuya will essay the role of a Prostitute Madhuravani.

The sources reveal that she has also given her green signal to essay this role. Madhuravani’s role in the Kanyashulkam play and film became a big hit in those days. It seems that Anasuya will be reprising that role, which impressed the earlier generations, but we have to wait for a few days until the actress officially confirms this news.
