Another Update On Chiru’s Lucifer Remake

Megastar Chiranjeevi will soon wrap up the shoot of his upcoming film Acharya and will start working for his dream project Lucifer Telugu remake. Lucifer is the super hit Malayalam film starring Mohanlal, Manju Warrier, and Vivek Oberoi in key roles while Prithviraj Sukumaran and Tovino Thomas played extended cameo roles.

In Telugu remake film, it is said that Rahman is replacing Vivek Oberoi of the original while Rana Daggubati and Vijay Devarakonda are replacing Prithviraj and Tovino Thomas. It is well-known that Chiranjeevi is playing the role of Mohanlal in the original.

Now, another interesting update is here. Akula Siva is working as a screenwriter for the film. However, the news is yet to be confirmed. Bollywood music directors Ajay-Atul are said to be scoring the music. However, the cast and crew of the film are to be confirmed by the makers.

V.V. Vinayak is directing the film. Earlier, it is said that Saaho fame Sujeeth will direct the film. But, Chiru doesn’t like the script narrated by Sujeeth and opted for Vinayak. Vinayak and Chiru earlier worked together for Tagore and Khaidi No. 150 and this is for the third time they are working together.
