Big B Gets Teary Eyed on KBC
The eleventh season of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) went on air on 19th August. Amitabh Bachchan is hosting this season as well and its tagline is – Ade Raho i.e. Keep Standing. In yesterday’s episode contestant Mahesh won the fastest finger first round. He was playing well but failed to answer a question worth Rs. 12,50,000 and decided to quit. He took away Rs 6,40,000 with him.
Then, contestant Noopur Chauhan, who hails from Utter Pradesh, won the fastest finger first round. In the introductory video, Noopur narrated her life’s struggle and told that her dream to meet Amitabh Bachchan has come true. She is a teacher by profession and suffers from a rare disease and is unable to walk properly.
Noopur told that when she was born through C-section, some instruments hit her. The doctors threw her in the dustbin, thinking that she was dead. But her aunt decided to take the body of the child and gave bribe to nurse. Her grandmother then gave life to her, but her parents later understood that she was disabled.
Amitabh stood up and gave her a standing ovation. Listening to her life’s journey, he got teary-eyed and emotional. He also told that she is an inspiration for all. She will continue the game today.
A few days back, Amitabh Bachchan revealed his liver condition and his struggle with TB and Hepatitis B. The Zanjeer actor was last seen in Sujoy Gosh’s Badla. He has many movies lined-up for 2019 and 2020. Jhund, SyeRaa, Butterfly and Brahmastra are some of them.
