Biopic On Actor 'Uday Kiran'?

The ongoing buzz in the media and the film industry is, Sundeep Kishan is going to play the lead role in Uday Kiran Biopic. Not only this, but he has also decided to bankroll this biopic. As per the sources close to the unit, director Teja was coming up with the idea of making a biopic on Uday Kiran, but later refused, and now a newcomer is getting ready to do the same.

In 2014, the suicide of the actor Uday Kiran shook the whole film industry. Uday Kiran was seen in many movies like Nuvvu Neenu, Manasantha Nuvve and Sriram. He committed suicide on 5th January 2014. At the time, there were allegations that Chiranjeevi is the main reason for Uday Kiran’s depression.

There were many rumors that his film career took a huge dip after he rejected his wedding with Chiranjeevi’s eldest daughter Sushmitha. Many even claimed that this was the reason behind his suicide. However, later Uday Kiran’s sister Sridevi rubbished all such reports, saying that Chiranjeevi had always been supportive towards Uday Kiran.

The sources close to Sundeep have revealed that the actor got impressed with the idea of a biopic on Uday Kiran and he is planning to co-produce it and looking for partners to produce the film.

Sundeep was last seen in Tenali Ramakrishna BA BL in which Hansika Motwani played the female lead role.
