Bjp Can Kill Me With My Own Security Officer: Arvind Kejriwal

Charging that the BJP was after his life, Delhi Chief Minister and AamAadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on May 18 asserted that he will be killed like former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by his own security officer.

"The BJP would get me killed by my own PSO (Personal Security Officer) one day like Indira Gandhi. My own security officers report to BJP," Mr. Kejriwal told a piece of news to divert in Punjab. "The BJP is after my life, they will kill me one day," he included.

Mr. Kejriwal was in Punjab to crusade for his party which is challenging on all seats in the State.

Not long ago, he was slapped by a man amid a roadshow in Delhi's Moti Nagar region. The Delhi Police had asserted that the offender was a displeased AAP laborer yet the party censured the BJP for the assault.

"I will be killed and police would state it was a disappointed party specialist. What does it mean, if a Congress specialist is irate with Captain Saab (Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh) would he be able to hit him, if a BJP laborer is furious with Modi Ji would he be able to hit him," Mr. Kejriwal inquired?

Reacting to the claim, the Delhi Police said that its security unit is an expert set up of well-prepared personnel who are completely dedicated to their employment and played out their obligations with an abnormal state of commitment and polished methodology.

"The unit has been giving security spread excellently to a few high dignitaries of every single ideological group. The security faculty posted in the security group of decent CM, Delhi are similarly very much dedicated to their obligations," said Anil Mittal, Additional PRO of Delhi Police.
