CM KCR to inaugurate Secretariat worship sites on August 25.
The Dr. BR Ambedkar Secretariat building complex's three houses of worship—a temple, a church, and a mosque—will all be dedicated on August 25 by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
The Minister for Roads and Buildings Vemula Prashanth Reddy visited the shrines on Saturday while being accompanied by the relevant officials. He gave the go-ahead for the completion of the works in all respects and instructed the officials to prepare the area for their opening.
Speaking to the media, the Minister claimed that the prayer halls were constructed at the Chief Minister's request to encourage religious harmony. He disclosed that 2,300 yards were used for the temple's construction.
It also included the completion of the Ganapati, Pochammagudi, Hanuman, and Shivalayam temples. From Tirupati, the idols that would be erected were being transported. To commemorate the temple's opening, a 'yagam' will be performed.
According to him, the church and mosque will also be inaugurated in the presence of the relevant religious leaders in accordance with their respective traditions.
Telangana's national anthem is "Ganga-Jamuni Tehzeeb," and all religions are treated equally. Since the Chief Minister has a high regard for all religions, he was able to make sure that the shrines were created in all their splendor and in a significantly improved spiritual environment compared to the previous ones, the Minister stated.
