Chandrababu Naidu Aims to Revitalize TDP in Telangana, Sets Eyes on Future Victory
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has expressed strong confidence that the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) will eventually secure power in Telangana. Speaking at a T-TDP leaders' meeting held at NTR Bhavan in Hyderabad, Naidu announced his renewed focus on Telangana politics. He committed to visiting Telangana on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month to engage with local leaders and bolster the party's presence in the state.
Naidu urged the T-TDP leaders to concentrate on rebuilding the party from the grassroots, starting at the village level, with a particular emphasis on attracting young people and the BC community. He also revealed that the membership registration process for T-TDP would commence within 15 days as part of this revitalization effort.
Chandrababu stated that the party’s ultimate objective is to claim victory in the next Telangana assembly elections. He directed leaders and party workers to channel their efforts toward achieving this goal. Additionally, he gathered feedback and suggestions regarding the upcoming T-TDP president elections, noting that the presidential election will be conducted only after the completion of the membership process.
