Chandrababu Naidu Dissolves TDP Telangana Committees to Pave Way for New Leadership
TDP Supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced on Sunday the dissolution of all existing committees within the party's Telangana unit, signaling a significant restructuring effort. Speaking to party members at NTR Bhavan in Hyderabad, Naidu emphasized the need to strengthen the party from the grassroots level and to prioritize members who are dedicated to the party's cause.
Naidu also mentioned plans to appoint ad-hoc committees and assured that a new State President would be appointed at the appropriate time. He stressed the importance of developing an action plan to address public issues effectively. Reflecting on his approach in Andhra Pradesh, Naidu highlighted that he had introduced 80 new candidates in the recent Assembly elections and intends to infuse similar new leadership into Telangana.
Additionally, Naidu urged TDP leaders to launch a membership drive, noting that his governance decisions have led to favorable ratings in national surveys.
