Tollywood star Samantha Akkineni is making her debut in Bollywood with the upcoming project The Family Man 2. Even though the makers have kept her part in the action series secret, she did share a glimpse of her look.

In a click shared on social media, Samantha wished happy birthday to The Family Man creator Krishna DK. In the on set picture, DK is seen holding a gun to Samantha's head.

The post read as, "Happy birthday to the smartest and quirkiest. An amazing team player. You made me look forward to coming to shooting every day #FamilyMan."

Although Samantha Akkineni hides her face with an emoji, she did reveal her costume and look in the upcoming series. In the click, she is seen wearing a grey T-shirt and unbuttoned brown shirt over it. She teams her attire with black cargo pants and boots. Her costume suggests she might play an active part in the series involving action sequences.

Samantha joins the stellar cast of Padma Shri Manoj Bajpayee, National Award-winner Priyamani, along with incredible talent from across India, including Darshan Kumar, Shreya Dhanwantary, Sharad Kelkar, Sharib Hashmi, Shahab Ali, Vedant Sinha, Sunny Hinduja, and Mahek Thakur. Season 2 of The Family Man offers an exciting, gripping and action-filled storyline while exploring relatable themes of home, belonging and estrangement.
