Chiru Replaces Director of Lucifer Telugu Remake

Megastar Chiranjeevi bagged a blockbuster last year through the period drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. After completing this film, without taking any gap, he started working for his next film ‘Acharya’ under the direction of Koratala Shiva. Ram Charan under Konidela Productions is producing the film. Mani Sharma is composing the music.
Initially, Trisha has roped in for the role of the leading lady. But she walked out of the film and so makers replaced her with Kajal Aggarwal. Ram Charan is playing a key role in the film while Tamannaah will appear in a cameo role. ‘Evaru’ actress Regina Cassandra is said to be appearing in a special number. Also, Bollywood beauty Kiara Advani who acted in Mahesh babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu is playing an extended cameo.
It seems Ram Charan asked Kiara to play an extended cameo in Acharya and she accepted the offer immediately as Ram Charan and Kiara worked together for Vinaya Vidheya Rama. After completing this film, Chiru will start working for the Telugu remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer. The film is said to be directed by Saaho director Sujeeth.
But, now, different news is doing rounds on social media. According to the sources, Chiranjeevi is not satisfied by the script narrated by Sujeeth and replaced him with V.V. Vinayak. The news is yet to be confirmed by the makers. Chiru and Vinayak worked together for Tagore and Khaidi No. 150.
