Chiru’s CCC Fund Collects Big Numbers!

The Coronavirus has created a crisis in India and so everyone must do something more, besides staying home safely. While the government is doing its part by taking care of COVID19 patients, doctors, and other workers and instructing people to be safe, we should also do our bit by donating what we can. Many celebrities including actors, filmmakers, politicians, industrialists, and other rich people have donated in lakhs and crores to the PM CARES or CM relief funds.

And then, Megastar Chiranjeevi who donated huge money for the needy got an idea to start ‘Corona Crisis Charity’ (CCC) and urged people to donate to help the poor. Many actors, filmmakers, musicians, and other film people donated, and by yesterday, the number has reached to Rs 6.2 crore! “Rs.6.2 Cr has been collected so far by #CoronaCrisisCharity Heartfelt Thanks to each one of the contributors. Appeal to everyone to come forward for this cause,” said Chiru.

Today, actor Srikanth has donated Rs 5 lakhs to the CCC. T. Bharadwaja, D. Suresh Babu, C. Kalyan, K.L. Damodar Prasad, N. Shankar, Benerjee M.V., and Meher Ramesh are committee members of CCC. Chiru ensured that every rupee donated will be used for the poor families of the film industry people.
