Congress files a complaint and Telangana Minister KTR is notified of a poll code violation
The notification was sent out in response to a complaint submitted by Congress MP Randeep Singh Surjewala, who claimed that prominent BRS activist KT Rama Rao had visited the T-Works office on November 20 and engaged in conversation with several young workers.
Working president of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), KT Rama Rao, has received a notice from the Election Commission for allegedly going to a government facility in Hyderabad and utilising the venue for political purposes before to the Telangana Assembly elections.
The poll board asked KT Rama Rao to explain his visit to the government institution and requested an explanation by Sunday at 3 p.m.
