Deepika Padukone’s Shocking Remuneration For Prabhas 21

A very few to no actress in Tollywood will get paid equal to a hero. While a few actresses will get meaty roles, most of the actresses will sign for glam roles which reduce their remuneration. But, it is not the same with Bollywood beauties. They will charge higher than Tollywood heroines.

Ever Since Deepika Padukone was announced as the leading lady of Prabhas21, there are rumours about the actress’ remuneration for the film. Earlier, it is said that Deepika demanded Rs 30 crores for the film. Now, according to the sources, the actress has committed for Rs 20 crores as makers asked.

No Telugu actress for the Telugu film got this remuneration before. Deepika’s huge craze made makers of Prabhas 21 rope her in the film. We have to wait and see if this film will work out or become another Saaho for which makers spent a huge amount.

Nag Ashwin is the director while Vyjayanthi Movies is bankrolling it. The film is said to be a war period drama. Others details regarding the film are yet to be revealed. Prabhas on the other side is going to entertain his fans with his upcoming film Radhe Shyam which features Pooja Hegde as the leading lady.
