It is a known fact that the popularity of digital platforms like Amazon Prime, Hotstar, and Netflix has already ignited a debate over whether watching movies is still a communal experience in the modern period when access to the internet has become easier and cheaper.

Amazon Prime is said to have bagged the digital rights to stream big-budget movies within 45 to 60 days of their release, long before it is aired on Television. In recent times, many movies like Saaho, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy were aired on the Amazon Prime platform and now yet another big film is about to join the Amazon database.

It is none other than Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru. According to the sources, the digital rights of this movie were sold to Amazon Prime for a hefty amount.

Sources also say that the deal has been closed and this is undoubtedly a huge deal for Mahesh’s film. On the other hand, Sarileru Neekevvaru is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on January 11, 2020. After seeing the trailer, the expectation levels are very high.
