Dil Raju Fires Top Actress!

Rashmika Mandanna, though a Kannada actress, has become a top Telugu actress with a very few numbers of films. Though her first film ‘Chalo’ in Telugu hasn’t made her popular, her second film ‘Geetha Govindam’ with Vijay Devarakonda fetched her lot of popularity. Rashmika was recently roped in for Dil Raju’s film which is being directed by debutant Sasi. According to the sources, Rashmika has demanded a huge amount as the remuneration which irked Dil Raju. And so, he fired her! Sources said that Rashmika was in no mood to reduce the remuneration and Dil Raju doesn’t want to hike, which eventually lead to fire the actress. Naga Chaitanya is the hero of the film.

It is also said Dil wants to introduce Rashmika to Bollywood through the remake of super hit Telugu film Jersey. He planned to rope in Rashmika as the female lead in Bollywood remake as he is one of the producers of this remake. But, now, he dropped the idea. Entry into Bollywood is a dream for many South Indian actresses, but Rashmika seems to not have much interest as she has good craze in Kannada and Telugu.

Currently, she is playing opposite Mahesh Babu in the upcoming entertainer ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’. It is said that Rashmika is playing the role of a village girl in the movie. ‘F2’ fame Anil Ravipudi is the director.
