Does NTR film deserves tax exemption in AP?

The prestigious NTR’s biopic is making ripples everywhere and Nandamuri Balakrishna is banking massive on an emotion named NTR. There are speculations that NTR are given tax exemption in Andhra Pradesh and therefore the necessary arrangements are being created. Does NTR film deserves tax exemption in AP?

The first necessary factor is that NTR isn't a documentary and it an out and out commercial film. Balayya is creating immense amount of cash through the film and therefore the theatrical rights of the film are picked up for record costs already. Thus there's no point of state giving support for NTR with the name of tax exemption.
