BJP president Amit Shah on Wednesday blamed West Bengal's ruling Trinamool Congress for enjoying savagery in the state and asserted that the Election Commission has been a "quiet observer".
Tending to a question and answer session here, Shah likewise said he would not have gotten away safe without CRPF protection when his escort was supposedly assaulted in Kolkata on Tuesday.
