Employees At Pragathi Bhavan Tested COVID-19 Positive

Five employees of Pragathi Bhavan, the principal workplace of the Chief Minister of Telangana, K Chandrasekhar Rao, has tested positive for the coronavirus. The PragathiBhavan is located at Greenlands Road, Punjagutta, Hyderabad in Telangana.

The employees reported symptoms such as fever, cough and when tested for the virus, found out to be infected with the virus. Reportedly, four persons that include all males aged between 26 years and 34 years from Pragathi Bhavan, have tested positive for Covid-19.

Meanwhile, the Pragati Bhavan building was soon sanitized by the medical and health officials. CM KCR is currently staying at his Gajwel house along with his family members from the past few days.

Earlier, an adviser on the chief minister’s Covid-19 task force too had tested positive for the disease. Telangana Deputy Speaker Padma Rao Goud and Telangana Home Minister Mahmood Ali have tested positive for COVID-19.

Meanwhile, the state has reported 17,357 coronavirus cases, including 267 deaths and the number keeps on increasing drastically daily.
