Errol Musk to Visit Ram Temple in Ayodhya

Errol Musk, the father of tech billionaire Elon Musk, is set to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday, accompanied by his daughter, Alexandra Musk. Officials confirmed his brief itinerary includes a visit to both the Ram temple and the Hanumangarhi temple.
Ayodhya Commissioner Gaurav Dayal stated that the city already has robust security in place, including three-layered arrangements and advanced anti-drone systems. While no additional security measures have been deployed specifically for Musk’s visit, authorities noted the existing protocols are sufficient. CCTV surveillance, visitor checks, and specially trained personnel have also been positioned around the temple complex.
Errol Musk, who is currently serving as Global Advisor to Servotech Power Systems Ltd., is on a six-day visit to India from June 1 to June 6. His visit is focused on supporting India’s green energy push and strengthening infrastructure for electric vehicle (EV) charging.
According to a statement by the Haryana-based Servotech, Musk’s visit reflects a broader effort to accelerate India’s adoption of renewable technologies. The company’s Managing Director Raman Bhatia is also expected to visit the Ram temple during the trip.
Though Musk originally planned to visit the Taj Mahal in Agra, the trip may be cancelled due to the extreme heatwave conditions in the region.
This high-profile visit is likely to bring more attention to Ayodhya and its growing prominence as both a spiritual and tourist destination following the recent inauguration of the Ram temple. With global figures like Errol Musk taking interest in Indian heritage and development, Ayodhya is emerging not just as a religious site but as a symbol of international engagement with India’s cultural and technological aspirations.
