Excise Department Raids Big Boss Fame Shaik Mehboob’s Birthday Party for Illegal Liquor

In a high-profile raid, the Excise and Prohibition Department of Hyderabad conducted a surprise inspection at a birthday party held in Ghatkesar, leading to the registration of a case against the organizers for illegally stocking large quantities of liquor without the necessary permits. The party was organized in honor of Shaik Mehboob, a popular participant from the reality TV show Big Boss.

Acting on a tip-off, officials raided The Continent Luxury Staycation, the venue for the celebration, and discovered a significant stash of alcoholic beverages, including 19 bottles of Breezer, 11 bottles of Budweiser Beer, 5 bottles of Ballantine whisky, 5 bottles of Absolut Citron vodka, and a one-liter bottle of Black Label whisky. A case was promptly registered against the organizers, Kola Sudheer Kumar and Shaik Subhani.

During the investigation, Mehboob informed officials that his friends had organized the party as a surprise and that he was unaware of whether they had obtained the required permissions for the liquor. The incident has sparked discussions about the need for stricter enforcement of alcohol regulations, especially in high-profile events.
