Full Breakdown of Targets in Operation Sindoor

Following the deadly Pahalgam attack, the Indian Armed Forces launched Operation Sindoor and targeted nine terror camps in Pakistan and PoJK. Each site had a direct connection to past terror attacks on Indian soil.
PoJK Targets:
Sawai Nala (Muzaffarabad): Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) training camp involved in attacks on Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam.
Syedna Bilal Camp (Muzaffarabad): Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) staging ground with weapons and survival training.
Gulpur Camp (Kotli): LeT camp linked to attacks in Rajouri and Poonch.
Barnala Camp (Bhimber): Used for explosives and jungle survival training.
Abbas Camp (Kotli): LeT fidayeen camp, capable of training 15 terrorists at once.
Pakistan Targets:
Sarjal Camp (Sialkot): Linked to killing of four J&K police personnel in March 2025.
Mehmoona Joya (Sialkot): Planned and supported the Pathankot airbase attack.
Markaz Taiba (Muridke): LeT’s main base; trained 26/11 attackers including Ajmal Kasab.
Markaz Subhanallah (Bahawalpur): JeM’s headquarters for recruitment and indoctrination.
These camps were essential to cross-border terror operations and have been taken out in India’s precision strike. The operation signals India's strong stance on counter-terrorism and its intent to disrupt future attacks.
