Gokul Chat Blasts In Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog!

Nagarjuna who was extremely disappointed with the failure of his last flick Manmadhudu 2 has decided to not do romantic films anytime soon. So, he has signed for an investigative thriller ‘Wild Dog’. According to the sources, the film is based on Gokul chat blasts which happened in 2008 in Hyderabad.

Nagarjuna will be seen as an encounter specialist of NIA (National Intelligence Agency) who was assigned with Gokul chat blasts case. How he, with the help of his team, solves the case forms the story. Ever since this news is out, people are excited to see the blasts live on the screen and how Nagarjuna will find the culprits and arrest them.

Though Nagarjuna coming out of the romantic genre is quite a happy news, we cannot say that other genre films of him will definitely become a hit as we have seen his film ‘Officer’ earlier with Ram Gopal Varma. So, even this ‘Wild Dog’ will work only if it has an interesting story and narration. Bollywood actress Dia Mirza is playing the role of Nagarjuna's wife and Rey fame Sayami Kher will appear as an investigating officer alongside Nagarjuna.

The movie team has recently wrapped up the shoot in Mumbai and soon, the shoot will be resumed in Hyderabad, after the sets of Gokul chat and other places are ready. Writer turned director Solomon is helming the film while Matinee Entertainment is producing it. David Ismalone is composing action sequences and Kiran Kumar is penning the dialogues.
