Good News For The Pilgrims Visiting Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple

After inaugurating chopper service for the devotees of SammakkaSaralammaJatara in Medaram, Telangana government launched helicopter services for pilgrims planning to visit Sri Raja RajeshwaraSwamy temple in Vemulawada on Thursday.
Helicopter service was inaugurated from Begumpet airport in Hyderabad by the minister for Tourism V. Srinivas Goud. This helicopter ride has been divided into different packages with the base package starting from Rs. 3,000 per person.
The services started on the day of inauguration that is 19 February and ends on 23 February. Other packages range from 5,000 to 30,000 per head from Vemulawada to Vemulawada overflying Mid Manair Dam and an approximate ride of 16 minutes.
IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao instructed the officials and workers to make all arrangements for the convenience of pilgrims visiting the Rajarajeshwari temple, Vemulawada. Apart from helicopter rides, Telangana Tourism is also operating special buses to Vemulawada. Package includes darshan and for a one-day trip, adults are charged Rs.550 and children Rs.450.
