Government Notices To This Star Couple!

Recently when senior actress Kasturi posted a post about surrogacy, Nayantara’s fans played a game with her and expressed anger that she posted that post about Nayanthara.

However, now the government is questioning her children. A minister of Tamil Nadu responded by saying yes, we will ask the actress Nayanthara to tell us about your children.

Nayantara and Vignesh Sivan said on social media that they have become parents and posted an image saying that they have become mothers to two twin boys. But the couple got married only four months ago. This makes it impossible to have children so soon and moreover, the actress has not been seen pregnant anywhere recently. It is clear that she became a mother through surrogacy.

While some responded positively to the whole affair, others criticized them. This is because from January 2022 surrogacy will be a crime in the country and method is allowed only in case of inability to conceive and it is not known whether the couple gave birth legally or not.

With this, the Tamil Nadu government wants to know the details of the children and that is why notices have also been sent to them.

According to surrogacy law, the couple should have been married for 5 years. Even if there is no child for those five years, if either of the two have a problem, they should get a permission letter from the medical experts confirming it. Only then should resort to surrogacy and Nayan and Vignesh have been married for four months.

Moreover, there are reports that they have not submitted any certificate to the government.
