Harish Rao Feels Situation In AP Is Favorable To Telangana

Minister Harish Rao feels the situation prevailing in AP since the past few months is favorable to the realtors in Telangana. Saying that bureaucrats, IT professionals, and businessmen are keen to have assets in Hyderabad, he opined realtors to make the fullest use of this golden period.

He suggested, "Every other city in the country has got some drawbacks. There is a traffic problem in Bengaluru, pollution in Delhi, drinking water issues in Chennai, and Mumbai is very costly. Hyderabad is the only city with no issues at all. Telangana real estate business here is much better than any other city in the country."

The minister stated that the TRS government has been doing everything possible for the real estate sector in Telangana. He appealed leading builders to take part in the construction of double bedroom houses proposed by the TRS Government for the poor.
