The number of people infected with coronavirus in India rose to 125 as of Tuesday, March 17. As per the latest update, seven people from Delhi have been tested positive for the coronavirus infection. The country reported its first death due to coronavirus on Thursday, March 12. The second death was reported from Delhi, where a 69-year-old woman died on March 13. The deadly virus that originated in Wuhan, China, in December last year, has claimed over 6500 lives and infected lakhs of people worldwide.
However, the center has made helpline numbers available for the public to complain about the suspect of infection.
The center has set up toll-free number 1075 for information on viruses and disease and urged everyone to work together to prevent the spread of the virus. Similarly, phone number 1800 112 545 has also been set up.
In Delhi, in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, the government has set-up round-the-clock helpline numbers for all types of queries and support related to the coronavirus infection. Here are helpline numbers for Delhi residents:

Along with these numbers, there are numbers set to by respective state governments for queries on the virus, the Center said. The State Government has issued the number 104 to the people of Telangana and 0866-2410978 for Andhra Pradesh.
