Hyderabad's Famous Paradise Restaurant Fails Food Inspection
The Hyderabad Task Force Department has recently conducted a series of food standard inspections at leading eateries in the city, uncovering several violations. The latest to come under scrutiny is the renowned Paradise restaurant.
According to the Task Force's findings:
- The FSSAI license was correctly displayed at the billing counter.
- Food handlers were found wearing hair caps, gloves, and holding medical fitness certificates.
- Raw materials, semi-prepared, and prepared food items were properly covered and labeled per FSSAI regulations.
- Pest control records were maintained by the Food Business Operator (FBO).
However, the inspection revealed a significant issue: Paradise was supplying Dhaara Brand packaged water bottles, which, upon testing, had TDS levels of 73 ppm. Samples of these water bottles have been sent to the lab for further analysis. The management of Paradise will need to address these findings and take corrective actions to comply with health standards.
