Is Pawan reconsidering his deal with the TDP?
Since starting the Vaaraahi Yatra in the East Godavari district, Pawan Kalyan, the leader of the Jana Sena, has changed how he acts, what he says, and what he wears. These moves suggest that he may be preparing Jana Sena for a single fight in future elections. He wants to be the kingmaker if his party wins at least 30 Assembly seats.
In a recent speech in Pithapuram, Pawan Kalyan talked a lot about how he would run the country well if he won. He also pays much attention to neighbourhood problems to get closer to the people. He wanted to be a kingmaker by putting people from his party in at least 100 seats and trying to win 30 of those seats.
Godavari district has 34 seats and is an important location for Pawan Kalyan. His plan to win 25 seats in this area and 10 seats elsewhere has worked. Harirama Jogaiah, a top party leader, also said that the party will get stronger by 2029, which shows this is a long-term goal.
However, Pawan Kalyan needs to think about how politics and relationships work. In Andhra Pradesh, no hung governments have been hung because most people usually choose between the TDP and the YSRCP. This could be hard for the Jana Sena, especially in the Rayalaseema areas, where the party isn't as strong.
Ultimately, how well Pawan Kalyan's plans work and how much of an impact he can make in the upcoming elections will rest on many things, such as how voters feel, how things work in the area, and his political allies.
