Jaanu Trailer – Sorry For The Team!

Sometimes, re-creating the magic is not possible and so we should leave it as it is. Though there are many remade films which are getting hit in Telugu, ‘96’ is not something that should be remade as of now. Telugus are finding it a mistake done by Jaanu’s moviemakers. Jaanu is the Telugu remake of Trisha and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Tamil film ‘96’, which became a super hit and shook the box office with its stunning collections.

Jaanu’s official trailer has been released recently and got a not-so-good response. Though lead actors Sharwanand and Samantha tried their best to impress the audience, they failed to breathe life into the story. While watching the trailer of Jaanu, people are getting reminded of the original film and comparing it with this remake, saying that no one can match the performance and expressions of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha.

“I can't even watch the trailer. By watching it the Tamil movie scenes are coming forward that's the beauty of Nativity and I am from AP and I will not watch Telugu because I don't want to spoil my utmost best experience of Tamil 96,” said one viewer. “Without comparing the original still the feel is missing.. actors look good in their own way,” said another person. While the viewers are saying it directly that they don’t want to watch the remake film and the trailer too got a negative response, we can expect the success rate of the film. However, we cannot just confirm it by the trailer’s response.

Directed by C Premkumar, the film has Govind Vasantha’s music. Tamil actress Varsha Bollamma who is making her debut in Telugu with ‘Choosi Choodangaane’ has appeared in this film. Dil Raju and Shirish are produced the film under Sri Venkateswara Creations. Mahendiran Jayaraju is the cinematographer and Praveen K L is the editor.
