KCR to Chair Key BRS Foundation Day Meeting on April 27
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is set to hold a significant meeting on April 27 at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad, marking the culmination of its silver jubilee celebrations. Party president and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will preside over the gathering, which is expected to play a crucial role in shaping the party’s future strategy.
The meeting will bring together senior leaders, including members of the state executive committee, district presidents, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, and heads of affiliated wings. Former legislators and leaders who previously held key positions have also been invited, highlighting the importance of the event.
According to party working president KT Rama Rao, the discussions will primarily focus on strengthening the organisational structure of the BRS. Plans are expected to be unveiled for revamping the party framework and expanding its membership base across Telangana. The leadership aims to energise grassroots workers and reinforce the party’s presence at the local level.
This meeting comes at a crucial time for the BRS, as it looks to regroup and reassert its political influence following recent electoral challenges. Chandrashekhar Rao is likely to provide clear direction on future political strategies and outline steps to mobilise cadre more effectively.
The gathering is also expected to serve as a platform for introspection and renewal, as the party seeks to adapt to changing political dynamics. With a focus on unity and expansion, the BRS leadership hopes to strengthen its organisational machinery and prepare for upcoming political battles in the state.
