KCR to launch new Collectorate complex!

The people of the district expressed their special gratitude to CM KCR for constructing the new Integrated Collectorate office complex at the district headquarters of Kothagudem. CM KCR is scheduled to inaugurate the new building.
The newly constructed Integrated Collectorate complex, located between the industrial town Palvoncha and the coal town of Kothagudem, is formed over 26 acres. Telegana government spent around Rs 56 crore on building construction. The new facility has 57 rooms and had been constructed to set up offices of various departments related to the district administration in one complex. Of these, 19 rooms are on the ground floor, 25 on the 1st floor, and 13 on the 2nd floor. Besides this, the facility also includes 8 blocks, i.e., 1 each for the District Collector and the Additional Collector and 6 blocks for district officers. IT and Urban Development Minister KTR and former Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao laid the foundation stone for the building on April 3, 2018. And it took 4 years and 9 months to finish the construction of the building.
District Collector Anudeep Durishetty took a particular interest on the construction of this unit and strived for speedy construction works. One official said that the structure of the building was completed 6 months ago and is ready for launch by CM KCR.
The District Collector has been inspecting the new Collectorate premises every 2nd day and has been giving directions on each work, he said.
