KTR Slams Revanth Reddy Government as ‘Most Corrupt and Weakest’ in Telangana’s History
In a fierce political outburst, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) on Thursday launched a scathing attack on the Congress government in Telangana, calling it the most corrupt and weakest administration in the state’s history. He accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s leadership of pushing the state into a state of lawlessness, political vendetta, and administrative collapse.
KTR alleged that Congress Ministers were openly intimidating businessmen with weapons, while the police stood by as silent spectators. “The Congress has turned Telangana into a mafia fiefdom where the rule of law no longer exists,” he charged, demanding a full-fledged investigation into alleged ministerial misconduct and corruption within the government.
Recalling the Congress’s election promise of providing transparent governance within 100 days, KTR said the party had instead delivered “anarchy, intimidation, and rampant corruption.” He claimed that government officials now operate under fear, while entrepreneurs and citizens face harassment from political circles.
“The State today is run not by a government, but by gangs,” KTR declared, warning that the BRS will continue to expose the Congress’s failures and fight to restore order, integrity, and public trust in Telangana’s governance.
