KTR Steps Up to Assist Child's Liver Transplant Surgery in Hyderabad
In a compassionate act of kindness, KTR, the former IT minister and working president of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) affiliated party, BRS, has once again demonstrated his commitment to helping those in need. When a tweet sought financial assistance for a child's liver transplant surgery at Rainbow Hospital in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, KTR responded promptly.
The tweet read, "One of our relative’s sons has been advised for liver transplant surgery at Rainbow Hospital, Banjara Hills. Now, looking for financial help. Please do the needful." In his response, KTR stated, "Will speak to the hospital management personally and try my best to help the child. Thanks for bringing this to my attention."
The seven-year-old child requires a liver transplant, a medical procedure that comes with a cost of approximately Rs 22 lakh at the Hyderabad hospital. Notably, this is not the first time KTR has extended assistance to individuals in need who have shared their challenges on social media. His dedication to helping those facing medical crises underscores the importance of compassionate leadership in times of adversity.
