Kajal Plays A Glorified Cameo In Ranarangam!

Kajal has a huge fan following and her fans want her to shine bright and reach great heights. Her latest flick Ranarangam is all set to be released on 15^th August. The filmmakers and actors are busy in promoting the film, but Kajal is not seen during any of the promotion events. This has upset her fans a lot.

In a recent interview, writer and director of the film Sudheer Varma explained her absence from promotions. He said that he is aware that Kajal’s fans are disappointed that she is not given importance in promoting the film. But when people will watch the film, they will understand why the movie is not promoted as her film.

The director clarified that Kajal is not playing a full-fledged role in the movie. Her role is a cameo, i.e. a guest appearance. She will be part of the second half of the film but not for the entire duration. He further added that the movie revolves around gangster Deva, the character played by Sharwanand and hence his role is promoted more.

On the work front, Kajal was last seen in Sita, which was released on May 2019. Her upcoming movies include Comali, Paris Paris and Call Center. Kajal made her debut in Telugu cinema with Lakshmi Kalyanam, in 2007, which was her first film as a lead actress but it failed at the box office. Her other Telugu film that year wasChandamama and it became her first success.
