Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante Copied From This Serial!

Korean, French, and English films are interesting and we love them. But, filmmakers in the name of inspiration taking the direct story is not at all a good thing and we can call it a ‘copy’ rather than inspiration. We have seen a few Telugu directors like Maruthi remaking Korean films in Telugu and then we also have films like Pilla Zamindar and Oh Baby which are also remakes of Korean movies.
And films such as Agnyathavaasi and Oopiri are the remakes of French films. The remakes or the copied films didn’t stop here. Now, the makers are taking inspiration from Turkish films. It seems they don’t want to leave any good movie in any language! Recently, Dil Raju officially remade a Turkish film ‘Love Likes Coincidences’ with the title ‘Iddari Lokam Okate’ in which Raj Tarun played the lead. Unfortunately, this film failed at the box office.
And now, another film is inspired by a Turkish TV series. A Tamil film of Dulquer Salaman and Ritu Varma was dubbed and released in Telugu with the title ‘Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante’. But people who went to the theatres identified it as the direct remake of their favorite Turkish serial ‘Bizim Hikaye’. The theme of the film is said to be very same.
The lead actor is a conman and actress is an independent woman in both the serial and the film. What shocked the audience is that the romantic track between the lead pair is also the same. So, it is for sure a copied film, but not a film that is inspired. Despite being copied, the audience is enjoying the film as it has enough comedy and romance.
