Keerthy Suresh Walked Out Of Her Bollywood Debut

National Award-winning actress, Keerthy Suresh was all set to be launched in Bollywood film opposite to Ajay Devgn in Amit Sharma’s sports-based drama, Maidaan.
Now as per the latest buzz in the film industry, she has now opted out of the film. The upcoming film is being produced by Boney Kapoor. However, an official announcement regarding the same is yet to come from the production house.
As per the sources, Keerthy and Boney Kapoor mutually agreed that she should no longer be a part of the project Maidaan, as she looked too young for the role. Keerthy Suresh was supposed to portray the role of Ajay Devgan's wife in the film, who is playing the role of a former football coach and manager of the Indian national team, Syed Abdul Rahim, under whose guidance the Indian team has reached the semifinals of Melbourne Olympics in 1956.
As we are aware of the news that, Keerthy had recently played an older character in Nag Ashwin’s directorial venture Mahanati, the biopic of legendary actress Savitri.
In the past, she had expressed her excitement about being a part of the upcoming film, Maidaan. She said that “Maidaan is a film that will make every Indian proud as it is a sport-based film, which will be an emotional ride that caters to all sections of the audience.”
Currently, the actress has as many as 6 movies in her kitty. One of them is a horror thriller, Penguin. The team of Penguin has already released the first look poster in which the actress was seen flaunting baby bump. She is very busy with all the other projects.
