Lokesh's padayatra comes into Mummidivaram.
Nara Lokesh, the national general secretary of the TDP, went into the Mummidivaram assembly district on Wednesday, the third day of his Yuvagalam padayatra 2.0.
Early on Tuesday, when his padayatra got to the Amalapuram and Mummidivaram assembly seats, a number of YSRCP leaders and their followers joined the TDP. MPPs and MPTCs from the Prathipadu constituency joined the ruling party. Lokesh, Varupula Satyaprabha Raja, who is in charge of Prathipadu, and Jyothula Naveen, who is head of the Kakinada Parliamentary seat, were all there.
When the TDP comes back to power, Lokesh promised to fix the problems of local aqua farmers and said that giving young people jobs would be the new government's top concern.
