Mahesh Babu All Set Rule Over Tollywood

Mahesh Babu has always managed to carve a special niche for himself in Tollywood in the span of 20 years. This handsome actor made his debut with the 1999 film Rajakumarudu, directed by K Raghavendra Rao.

Since then, Mahesh has done several blockbuster hits, Pokiri, Murari, Okkadu, Athadu, Dookudu, Businessman, Srimanthudu, Bharat Ane Nenu, and Maharshi.

He was last seen in Anil Ravipudi directed-film Sarileru Neekevvaru, which was a huge hit collecting a share of Rs 143. 88 crores.

Going by his future projects, Mahesh Babu has four exciting projects in the pipeline and looks like the Tollywood superstar schedule is jam-packed.

1. A collaboration of Mahesh and Vamshi Paidipally: Mahesh Babu has said yes to Vamshi Paidipally's next project as per a new report. According to a close source, the Sarileru Neekevvaru actor would be playing a dual role, a professor and a gangster in the upcoming flick. Dil Raju will produce the movie under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations in association with GMB Entertainment. Kiara Advani is in talks to play the love interest to Mahesh Babu in the movie. SS Thaman will compose music.

2. Mahesh to team up with director Trivikram Srinivas: Post SSMB 27, Mahesh Babu would team up with director Trivikram Srinivas for a movie. S Radha Krishna will produce the flick under the banner of Haarika & Hassine Creations in collaboration with GMB Entertainment. Mahesh will be seen playing a never-seen-before role, and it will be interesting to see how Mahesh gets into the skin of the character in the movie. The movie is still in the pre-production stage with the director completing up the script. Touted as an entertainer, the movie will be different from their previous collaboration.

3. Hit pair Mahesh Babu and Anil Ravipudi: There are reports that Mahesh will star in Anil Ravipudi's movie again. The speculations are that Dil Raju might produce this film. If this turns out to be accurate, this will be Anil Ravipudi's second movie with Mahesh Babu after Sarileru Neekevvaru, which enjoyed big commercial success.

4. Mahesh Babu and director Koratala Siva for the second time: Speculation has been doing the rounds regarding one of the upcoming big projects of Mahesh Babu and director Koratala Siva for his 30th film. The director came up with an impressive storyline, and the Tollywood superstar has agreed to join the star cast as its lead actor, we hear. An official announcement on the movie's cast and crew is still awaited.
