On the film front, Mahesh Babu has recently bagged a super hit through the film Sarileru Neekevvaru. Though the talk of the film is below average, the promotions did by the movie team have hyped the film and made the audience watch it in theatres. The film has collected superb amounts at the box office. According to the sources, Mahesh will play a key role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya.

Though initially Ram Charan was chosen for the role, Charan himself felt that Mahesh is apt for the role and approached him. Mahesh liked the role and instantly agreed to do it. It is also said that Mahesh will be seen in Anil Ravipudi F2 sequel F3, though nothing is confirmed by the makers yet.
