NIA Raids In Telangana, AP

Two dozen NIA (National Investigation Agency) teams have been raids in 4 districts in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh since Saturday night to find out terror links.

Raids are conducted in Nizamabad, Telangana, and Kurnool, Guntur, and Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

Khadar and 26 other persons from Nizamabad allegedly conspired to wage war against the Central government apart from recruiting the members of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and organizing camps for imparting training to commit terrorists acts.

In addition, they formed an unlawful assembly and promoted animosity between different religious groups. According to the NIA, they were also involved in activities that disrupted India's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
