Naandhi Teaser Is Out: Painful Story Of A Prisoner

The first poster of Allari Naresh starrer ‘Naandhi’ showed him in a naked avatar and has built some positive buzz and anticipation among fans and movie lovers. Today, the teaser of the movie was released by the moviemakers and it described that ‘Naandhi’ is unlike any of the actor's previous movies.

The 1:28 minute’s teaser starts with Harish Shankar’s voice-over regarding the number of prisons in India and the especially high number of under-trial prisoners who are serving jail life.

The actor is seen as an undertrial prisoner who tries to escape from the jail but gets caught and is brutally beaten up by the police. As per the teaser, it suggests that Naresh is an innocent person who goes through a painful journey and is wrongfully put in jail.

The set-up is very realistic and the outrageous behavior, which usually occurs in prison are showcased in the teaser. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is essaying the role of a lawyer while Priyadarshi and Praveen are seen as Naresh’s pals who try to help him. This is the first time the comedy actor is playing such an intense character in his career and it does offer a new feel. The premise of the movie looks promising.

The upcoming film, Naandhi is helmed by Vijay Kanakamedala and bankrolled by SatishVegesna under SV2 Entertainment banner. Sri CharanPakala is composing the tunes for the film, whereas Sid is handling cinematography.
