When Shaurya asked why she is not saying anything she said that she cannot express her love in words! This made everyone feel emotional and reminded them of their own mothers.

It is also said the first day collections of the film are overwhelming. According to the sources, Ashwathama has collected Rs 4 crores in two Telugu states and the US, the film has gained Rs 35 lakh. It has collected Rs 75 lakhs in overseas.

Aswathama is the debut film for director Ramana Teja and he did his work very well. He proved his talent as a director with his very first film and, needless to say, he will start getting offers from top producers. Sri Charan Pakala’s background music is also impressive.
