Naidu Asserts TDP's Revival Path in Telangana, Discusses Future Strategies
TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday asserted that the party is on a revival path in Telangana. The former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister held a strategic meeting with Telangana TDP leaders at his residence in Hyderabad.
During the meeting, Naidu shared his "vision for Telangana" and expressed his hopes for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to become the top two states in the country. He also hinted that a new president for Telangana TDP will be appointed after the election results are announced on June 4.
Speaking to TNIE, senior leader Prof Jyothsna Tirunagari said the meeting reviewed the party's performance in the Andhra Pradesh elections and discussed its future prospects in Telangana. "Chandrababu garu told us that our party has nurtured leadership in the state and will continue to do so. He mentioned that the seeds sown during the TDP regime are now yielding rich dividends," she said.
Naidu also expressed confidence in TDP's success in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections, stating, "We are winning well."
