Nandamuri Taraka Ratna passes away at 39
Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, the popular actor passed away at the age of 39, the actor who was hospitalized in Bengaluru after he suffered a cardiac arrest on January 27, this year, breathed his last in Bengaluru at a private hospital on February 18, last night.
He battled cardiac issues for long 23 days, ever since he fainted all of sudden during a Padayatra which was held in Chittoor district of AP. He is survived by his wife Alekhya Reddy and daughter.

Sai Dharam Tej, who is deeply disheartened by the untimely demise of Ratna, took to his Twitter handle and posted an emotional note.
"Disheartened at the passing away of Taraka Ratna anna. Gone too soon anna. Condolences and strength to his family, near & dear. May his soul rest in peace. Om Shanti," reads his post.

Nandamuri Taraka Ratna was born as the son of Nandamuri Mohana Krishna and his wife, and he is the grandson of legendary actor-politician NT Rama Rao. He was the nephew of Balakrishna, late Nandamuri Harikrishna, and politician N Chandrababu Naidu.
Some of the most popular young stars of the industry, including the RRR star Jr NTR and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, and young politician Nara Lokesh, are his paternal cousins.
